This system pairs a world-class industrial robot arm with a compact fiber laser head to trim and hole-cut three-dimensional molded parts — work that traditionally required expensive punching dies or slow manual finishing.

The compact laser head lets the robot reach into tight spaces and cut complex angles that a standard 5-axis gantry machine simply can't access, making it a natural fit for automotive, appliance and heavy equipment parts with curved or stamped geometry.

6-Axis Flexible Processing

High dynamic performance and path accuracy make this the ideal solution for trimming and hole-cutting on 3D molded parts. Once programmed, the robot adapts quickly between part families, keeping changeover time low even in mixed production runs.
