Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Specialized industrial welding machines may require inspection before refund approval.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the product is defective on arrival.
